彩盒爆邊的原因人盡皆知,無非是水份含量與紙張耐折度太低,天氣干燥等原因所致,下面介紹幾個實用解決辦法

1、在上光時保持適度干燥,一般采用大口徑抽風道并在烘道上安裝水冷卻裝置,這樣可避免彩紙在干燥固化時過于干燥及紙張發脆現象。

2、通常情況下,裱彩紙后紙板的水份含量可達10%以上。但天氣高溫干燥而待裱紙板的水份含量非常低的情況下,膠水的水份很快蒸發,裱出的紙板水份仍然很低。此時不妨使用自裱機的濕水輥,在紙板背面濕水,同時選用固含量低的膠水并加大上膠量,這樣便可以迅速提高裱出紙板的水份含量。

3、對于裱好的彩紙、如果水份含量太低,可用一臺單色膠印機或柔印機在紙板的背面印一遍水,印水后用保鮮膜將紙板包裹嚴實,等到第二天紙板水分平衡后再進行模切。注意,模切后最好立即進行粘盒,若需放置一段時間再粘盒也需用;拉伸膜;包裹,以免水分過早散失。

對于多數單坑紙板彩盒,由于搖蓋在折疊時抗張強度不高,爆線問題較少。但是對于高強瓦紙且是雙瓦楞的紙板,單憑增加水份也不容易解決。

白咭涂層耐折性測試方法:

 用裁紙刀裁切尺寸為250*50mm的試樣五條(注意確保紙的直紋方向與長邊垂直),在溫濕度為23±1℃,52±2%的環境下存放4小時。

b)將試樣向內彎折使兩條短邊重疊,注意保持試樣中間部位呈圓弧狀。

c)將彎折后試樣置于一10KG重的壓輥下,按住重疊的一端,推動壓輥向試樣中間圓弧部位碾過,使碾過后的試樣呈對折狀。

d) 往復碾壓五次后打開試樣,觀察碾出的壓折紙表面涂層是否有爆裂現象。如無任何爆裂,則表明該白咭涂層耐折良好;如有輕微爆裂,則白咭涂層耐折一般;如果出現明顯爆裂,則表明該白咭涂層耐折較差。

(1)合理設計模切版

優質的壓痕鋼線應硬度適中,穩定性強,刀頭圓滑,圓弧中軸對稱,高度、厚度偏差小,規格齊全。其選用原則是:壓痕鋼線的厚度不小于紙厚,高度等于模切刀片高度減去模切材料厚度,再減去修正值0.05~0.10mm。壓痕線的選用原則是:壓痕線的厚度也不小于紙厚,寬度等于紙厚的1.5倍加上壓痕鋼線的厚度。

開連點本質上是在模切刀刃口部位開出一定寬度的小口,使模切后的紙盒和廢邊不散開,便于排廢。連點通常開在產品成型后不易看到的隱蔽處,并且要避開膠線位置。如果不得已連點在成型后能夠看見,則連點應越小越好,否則排廢時連點處不易分離,導致紙張撕爛及附近墨層爆線。連點寬度=紙厚+0.20mm。

(2)當壓痕鋼線之間的距離過小時,需粘貼海綿膠條以起到反拉力的作用,把紙張壓緊,減輕壓力。另外,校板時可在壓線位開出凹槽形狀,使彩盒折疊成型時有一個較大的弧度,從而起到減輕爆線的作用。

(3) 如果客戶沒有特別要求,又沒有耐折性更好的白卡紙,建議彩紙改用覆膜工藝,可一勞永逸
